Tom misrepresented himself to me when I hired him as a mediator in my divorce, and he failed to disclose his close relationship with my ex-wife's boyfriend. He then tried to add things to both the parenting and separation agreement which I never agreed to and would have cost me significantly more money while attempting to strip my parental rights. Also, everything he prepared was filled with mistakes, then he charged me for fixing his mistakes. He is both incompetent and unethical. Do not hire this man.
