My attorney,, Doug Bolsover, did a very solid job and was very thorough. He knew the law very well. He was professional and courteous. I worked with him on my divorce and custody case which lasted about 6 months. We worked together very often. He was responsive and helped to protect my best interests. The opposing party and my ex-wife were not easy to work with. They lacked communication. Doug knew when to be patient but also when to be aggressive and push back. There are two reasons that I did not give five stars. Number one, the billing was very difficult to follow and I did ask the office if they could discount their rate towards the end as I was spending a lot of money. This was denied immediately. Also, I wish that in the very beginning the office emphasized how costly the whole process could be, and to give "tips" on how to save money throughout the process. I wish they would have verbally spoken to me with advice to help reduce costs overall. There was a very lengthy contract to sign, but it was my fault maybe to not read absolutely everything in the beginning. I would advise to ask the office in the very beginning on how to reduce overall costs
