No Help at all. I received recommendation to contact Mr. Worthley but it seems like his team or assistant isn't being treated well and wanted to argue about receiving help or ask any questions for that matter it was a waste of time and I don't care what time of the month it is never again.

I've tried contacting the receptionist for a week to cancel an appointment I can't make, but haven't heard anything back. So now this is my advance notice that I won't be able to make the appointment and certainly won't be paying for it. I've given the office plenty of chances, but the service has been terrible.
