Tom Lee is truly one of the best lawyers i have ever dealt with. He is fair and deals with the facts and returns phone calls very quickly and answers all your questions. His fees are very reasonable, and he is definitely honest and keeps you focused on the important details of the case and away from what's not important. He explained the entire process of what to expect at court and how the case is presented on both sides. I will definitely use Tom again in the future and would highly recommend him to others as well. You will not be disappointed, and Tom supports you all the way through the case. Thanks again Tom for all you did for me and all the support.

I hired Tom because he is an Army Veteran. I got way more than I expected. He's an extremely hard working, fair attorney. He has great relationships with predominant members of the law community. His fees are very fair, he won't nickle and dime you. He really wants what's best for you and your family, and has the knowledge to go after it in the fairest way possible. My case has not been closed yet, so you know I'm not writing this review based on an outcome. I highly recommend Tom in any family case.

I hired Tom Lee in September 2017 to represent me in an existing joint custody case regarding my 5 year old son that had been established for the last few years. The purpose of hiring him was to file an Ex-Parte motion against my son's father for endangerment and really had no idea on where to start nor how difficult and time consuming the process can be. The 1st time I met with Tom to discuss my case, he explained my options and answered all of my questions. He was honest and realistic about what to expect. Tom is also the most affordable family law attorney around. As of 7/25/18, I was awarded sole legal & physical custody of my son. I really do not think this would have been the outcome had I not hired Tom Lee. Despite the other negative reviews, I strongly encourage you to consider his services especially if it's a critical and time sensitive case. By the way, he is VERY direct which I can appreciate but is not for the ultra sensitive type. Overall, I've learned that Child Custody is the most difficult experience I've ever encountered throughout my lifetime and you seriously need someone who has the knowledge and the perseverance such as Tom Lee holds.

Hired this lawyer, unfortunately every single thing that could go against me did, and after paying tens of thousands in the final court setting, he did nothing, while the other lawyer relentlessly badgered me for over an hour. I got nothing I wanted from court, and never should have hired this lawyer. Besides the terrible performance, I was given bad information on Minnesota State Law numerous times which will continue costing me in every sense of the word and costing my child dearly in life most likely for decades to come. I can not stress enough, hiring this lawyer you will be destroyed in court, he simply does not try or care anymore.nnI wish I had seen the review from the other person...their review is painfully accurate, do not hire!
