Absolutely cannot get a hold of this lawyer! The office phone just rings and rings. When you do leave a message, no one returns the call. Pretty sad for their clients who are incarcerated. This is a court appointed public defender! UPDATE: After calling back to back, 74 times, Mr. Martinez answered the phone. He explained he's the only person in the office, so it is hard to reach him if he is in court, meeting with a client, etc. He was very professional, straightforward and answered all of my questions.

Vince never calls me back when I call him. He has yet to talk to me one time about my case since he has been appointed to me. I am very unhappy with this attorney. But yet he has the time to call my girlfriend back when she has problems with her case. But will not return my calls.

My boyfriend has been sitting in jail for a little over a year for something he didnt even do and he hasn't done anything for him. He doesn't return phone calls and is very rude.

I was an active Texas Tech student when Vince first took my case. He immediately filed a motion for a competency exam. He is good friends with the “expert” and they found me incompetent to stand trial. They took away my bond so I couldn’t bond out, and prescribed me meds I didn’t need while I was in jail. I spent a total of 16 months in jail while Vince represented me for 12 of those months. A federal agency conducted an independent investigation and found him responsible for violating federal law.

He never returns any phone calls, emails etc, unless you want to wait forever I would go somewhere else.
