Alex & his PA Amanda saw to my husbands immigration issues more than 10 years ago. He never sugar coated anything and was very knowledgeable. Though he was not cheap he was not overly expensive either. He was fair in pricing. It took him 10 (+) years of patience but he got the job done with little to work with. Where do I begin?? Mr. Solomiany and Amanda have been the BEST to work with. We began our case back in 2017 toward the end of the year (we delayed our own case due to financial hardships a couple of times), and beginning of 2021 we got the answer that changed our lives! First off, Mr. Solomiany was recommended to me by two co workers that currently use him and his services. We had used a previous lawyer who was negligent with our case, causing my husbands case to be denied. We had gone to other lawyers for consultations which always resulted in them trying to “alter” the way my husband came into the country. My husbands case is slightly rare and complicated which is what intimidated most of the lawyers we sat down with. Mr. Solomiany was not phased by our case. His confidence and knowledge really radiates through him and gives you a great deal of comfort. He will tell you best case and worst case scenarios which we truly appreciated. He tried an alternate route with our case which benefited us in MANY ways. He thoroughly reviews your case and when it came down to our appointment with immigration he was well prepared with all the supporting cases and information. Amanda always made the paperwork effortless for us! She would put it all together, tell us what it is, what to sign, what we needed to turn in to her and what the next step was. She was always there when we had any questions, always making sure our emails and calls never went unanswered. Mr. Solomiany and Amanda make the best team and truly make you feel at home and at ease. I've been sitting in front of my desktop trying to find the right words to describe how insanely knowledgeable hE is when it comes to immigration. My case was not easy, after being denied twice from immigration I went ahead and hired him. He was kind, courteous and he actually listens to you!!!
