I totally recommend Jones and Swanson. At first I was going to go to a TV lawyer because that’s what I knew but I was concerned about being attended to, getting in touch with my lawyers, and basically for my case to be taken seriously because I was really hurt. I saw a mass amount of reviews for that company that made me feel uneasy. Trying to do the research to find a good law firm right after an accident was incredibly stressful. I didn't want to stress about my case or whether or not I could get in touch with my lawyers. So I decided to leave the TV lawyer and went with Jones and Swanson. They were really kind and made sure I was set up with my appointments and doctors as soon as possible. What I loved most is how easy it was to get in contact with them. Wendi my paralegal was incredibly informed. She listened to all my concerns and gave me straight answers and good advice on how to move forward with the decisions on my case. They really cared about getting me a good disbursement for my case. If you want a law firm that is always responsive, answers all your questions honestly, and that you can trust to make sure you’re taken care of then you should go with Jones and Swanson. I hope I never need them again but if I’m ever in a situation that I do they’re my first choice.

I had a very bad wreck that was not my fault. After trying to deal with the insurance company, I contacted Jones and Swanson to assist me in navigating the process. Once the firm got involved they handled everything. It was a great relief. They did a great job. They kept we informed about the process and case progress. The case took some time and I had extensive treatment regime. In the end, I got an excellent settlement primarily due to the way the case was developed. The firm was professional and efficient. The staff I worked with were professional and efficient. The  lawyers are experienced and highly regarded by other firms. It was true blessing that I was led to call this wonderful office. They have a level of compassion you wouldn't expect from an attorneys office. They worked hard for us and were very honest and upfront about what was taking place on all sides. They understood how difficult the situation was for my son and I.
