Do not use this attourney. I paid him the full amount and then got nothing in return. His ( wife ) assistant told me I didn’t give everything they asked for. Which would not tell me what I was missing. I called him after 6 months of getting nowhere fast. And his assistant sent me an email. Saying I have to send an email to call them. Do not call us. Worst experience I’ve ever been through. Got a new attorney and a month later I’m already done. Crooks!!!!!

Had a similar horrid experience as the previous 2 posts. I filed a complaint with the OK Bar Association and was able to recover a portion of what I am owed. Do not use this attorney. That's my advice.

Do not give this man one dime of your money. I paid him for a service in the amount of $2100 he dragged me on for 7 months without doing anything. I reached out to several different attorneys and they said it would only take 2 weeks to get the job done. I then started calling and writing them to do their job or give me my money back. He sent me a email after 7 months of doing nothing and said due to inconsistencies he was dropping me as a client and he kept around $1400. Now I have to sue him to get my money back. Complaint going to the bar and lawsuit will be following.

I am a disabled person who hired the Sisson Law Firm to file bankruptcy case. I am solely on SSI and I first spoke with Alexis and was told that my court and filing fees could possibly be waived, yet they proceeded to start collecting $1200 from me. I was slowly paying on the balance when a life altering situation occurred and I was unable to continue paying. LeAnna then took over for Alexis and when I explained my situation she said that ALL RETAINERS WERE NON REFUNDABLE! Why would they keep my money when they did not perform any legal services for me? I would not recommend this firm to anyone. They are getting ahead by keeping retainers they don’t earn. They did not respond to my last email requesting information on how they are able to legally hold my retainer.

LeAnna was always there to answer my questions through every step of the process and my court date went by so smoothly thanks to David's thorough prep and instructions! The entire staff is very kind and professional and the entire process was much easier with their support! Thank you all for helping make this process as painless as possible!!
