I highly recommend Brad to anyone who needs to bite the bullet and file bankruptcy. I needed to find a lawyer that goes through the Lafayette district. I googled it and came across Brad, whom had great reviews so I made an appointment. Even with the consolation, I did my do diligence and brought everything I needed. Right there on the spot for a chapter 7, we got 3/4 of the filing done after I figured out he's a straight to the point guy and took him as my representation. It was easy and painless, besides having to do it in the first place. My best advice is please don't be lazy and a moron. BRING your social security card to your court date. I sat there and watched when it was many people's turn with the trustee, to see that the most important thing to have many didn't have. If I was a lawyer I'd be embarrassed being you was told the information, to only have you not have it. Don't embarrass Brad, bring your dang social security and be on time. If you do your part, he does his....painless!
