I can't imagine a worse lawyer. I suspect she has cognitive issues and should retire. She forgets court appearances and doesn't show up. She commonly forgets your case entirely. She has texted and emailed me on 3 occasions someone else's case details and questions. Ultimately - She took part in negotiating a Court Order that was largely unenforceable with FOC. She took my money and handed the case, that I started, to my EX. I'm out money and time and my Court order is of no value , so I am at square 1 with less money and a year lost with my daughter. When I asked her about the botched Court Order she just asked for more money and takes no responsibility. How does a Lawyer make a Court Order but leaves out pick up times , making it unenforceable to FOC ?! For the record when i told her of the error she responded with the details of someone else's case, she couldn't even get THAT right , even though the court order was attached to my email.

I had hired Carol for a custody change... for the most part, she helped a lot in the beginning.. things got changed but I was looking to change it again since it was supervised and the supervisor was being harassed by my ex and his mother (cause yes she had to involve herself too)..... so on the most important day OF COURT I was there waiting for my lawyer who i pay... it was a few minutes before court was to start that i called her. She didn't even court was that day. She was late and didn't know any answers to the questions the judge was asking... the judge then didn't even care why we were there to change up the supervisor..... to a state appointed supervisor. So now there is no supervisor cause they allowed his mom to be one, who leaves as she pleased during the time she is supposed to be there.

My wife and i have tried to contact this office multiple times about possibly taking a case involving our work. We emailed then a day later called which we were told someone would get with us cause miss Dwyer was in a meeting which is ok i understand. No luck what so ever. Not even a sorry we cant help nothing! My family is in need of help and to not even have to professionalism to get in contact with a potential client is terrible. Was told she was the best one to contact in our matter. Big mistake and waste of time!!

Waste of time to be told she is overwhelmed and can't handle this type of case right now. And watch out free consultation isn't true charged me. Paid it with disappointment, but going to warn any who read you might get asked to pay. Keep that in mind when you book an appointment with her.
