When I first walked into Mrs. Benitez’s office I was so tense, stressed and nervous dealing with ongoing issues with my landlord and decided it was time to encourage them to finally do the right thing. She was so calm while inquiring about my situation which made me feel at ease. This was all new to me so I asked lots of questions in person, through email (which she always got back to me in a timely manner) and have had her reiterate things so that I was clear but she answered everything! She was patient, kind, gave me all options and I just felt as she was completely present during this process. In undesirable situations like this Mrs. Benitez had a desirable persona that you’d want by your side.

I can't say enough great things about Catarina Benitez. She was my court appointed representation in Fresno Superior Family Court. She remembers me each time we go to court which can’t be easy for an attorney with so many cases. She goes far beyond my expectations. Even calling me on a Saturday. I was totally surprised. Worst experience ever. She was referred to by a family member who stated she was a pit bull in custody cases. So with not knowing very much about fighting for your child. I took a chance and all I got was excuses and for a second there thought she was on the other side. Was telln me to agree to loosing time and didn't fight as I thought she would. I lost time and was charged for many things I shouldn't have been charged for. Do not let her fight for ur child. NOT A GOOD RECOMMENDATION.. SORRY NOT SORRY

Ms. Benitez was extremely helpful and very professional. After having issues with other local attorneys she gave me hope and ensured things would be okay. I highly recommend her because she went over and beyond to get my stuff completed.
