Worst experience of my life. Landed at midnight. Was not giving the car I prepaid for AND I’m still being charged. I was denied the car because I left my physical card at home. And yet? I’m STILL getting charged for a car I never got. AND it ruined my whole trip. Had to get a nearby hotel in emergency. And never made it to my business purposes on OKC. Just a disaster of trip. But it started right here. Terrible terrible service and people are beyond rude.

Staff here is great, This service was really great!. Driver was very polite and helpful. Thank you bunches for making the rental so quick and painless.

Great overall rental experience, Car & SUV did a great job of providing great costumer service as well as giving soundly advice. The rental was received in a prompt manner and the post rental inspection likewise.

They don't answer their phones or return calls left on their answering service. In March of this year they erroneously charged our credit card 3 times for the same service and now we cannot get anyone in their office to return phone messages or emails sent to the 4 different email addresses we have been given. No response at all over the last 6 weeks that I have been trying to contact them. Filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau now.

No passport photos here anymore. They need to be deleated from a search for photos. They do plan Travel however. Not sure if they are good but they were nice.
