I've worked with Mr. Patterson for years with a previous employer, so when I went into business for myself I felt confident in his ability to handle the filing for my incorporation. Disappointed doesn't begin to describe it. I don't know what has changed with his law office, but the level of service provided now isn't just poor; it's nonexistent. I sought his services in late '13 to file for incorporation. After that it was like he fell off the face of the Earth, not returning voice messages or emails. NINE MONTHS later I received a letter from the state that I was incorporated, but all official documentation was mailed to Mr. Patterson's law office. I continued calling and emailing him for my incorporation documents, for an explanation for his unprofessional behavior, but to no avail. I finally requested the documents myself with the state. If you're forming your own company, do yourself a favor and FIND ANOTHER LAWYER!
