To start off, I posted a review of my experience with this incompetent lawyer. Somehow my review was removed from google maps, and I was not able to post it back until now. Be very aware that this lawyer has been called a crooked, lier, dishonest, unscrupulous, shyster and a fraud by other reviewers on other platforms such as yelp and google maps. In my honest and humbled opinion, all those nouns above describe daniel perlman's character, unethical practices and personality very accurately. I had the most horrible experience hiring this unethical and incompetent lawyer. 1. It was extremely hard to get him on the phone or respond to your emails. His staff is made up of people who do not know anything about paralegal work, including his wife Jamie, mason and alondra. Daniel sends substitutes to court. He does not represent your interests directly. Daniel lies to his clients by saying the same old story that he is busy in murder trials. If he can't even resolve the simplest cases in a professional fashion, who would hire this crooked to represent a murder suspect in trial? 2. He makes decisions without his client in mind. He just wants to collect your money and leave his client with the crappiest plea bargaining deals. 3. A lawyer has to work to prove your innocence. Daniel does not care about your well being and innocence. He assumes you are guilty and from the very beginning he bates you into taking the stupid plea bargaining deal. This incompetent will not defend you. In my opinion, this individual behaves like a con and a criminal for his financial gain. He brags to his clients that he used to be a prosecutor and that he knows the justice system inside and out. I want to ask those who rated him with 5 stars, what type of cases this incompetent handled for them? A lawyer has to be at your service because you pay him to protect you and give the best legal advice. A real lawyer has to work hard to earn his fees and client's trust. You will not find loyalty in daniel. This individual is one of the most dishonest and unethical lawyer, based on my opinion, which I am entitled to. I am posting my most sincere and honest opinion about my distasteful experience dealing with this money hungry lawyer made of four letters. Because I do not wish other people in my situation go through the same horrible ordeal I went through. I should have listened to a reviewer on yelp before hiring this crooked. I would have gotten a much better outcome for my situation and saved me the ordeal of hiring this lawyer. You will be making a costly mistake if you retain the idiotic services of daniel perlman. Also, be aware that he asks about your income before he listens to your legal problems. I really hope this honest review helps people in trouble and do not make the mistake I did in hiring, again in my honest opinion, this crooked lawyer.

STAY AWAY AND DO NOT HIRE..DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I MADE********nnA. PERLMAN IS THE REASON OUR CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM IS A BANKRUPT, ROTTED CARCAS. nn1. After my arrest, I googled top criminal attorneys Los Angeles and Daniel Perlman came up. Only problem is Daniel is not a top criminal attorney in my opinion. nn2. He claims he charges a "flat fee". This statement is deceiving. He not only asked for more money after we signed our retainer agreement, but he also said at a certain point in the case "I can't do any more work for you". He stated he needed more money several times to me. The reality is, no lawyer will accurately know how much time he will need on a major case like mine was. FLAT FEE LAWYERS ARE OFTEN SEEN IN THE AREA OF TRAFFIC TICKETS - you dont see flat fee often for high profile criminal cases, like mine was. It was a mistake for me to hire Daniel.nn3. Daniel was pushing me to accept a FELONY plea deal FOR A CRIME I HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH!!! early in the case stating "the deal won't get any better". Stating "YOU WONT DO WELL IN JAIL". Often, first plea deals are never as good as those that come later in the case, the state eventually dropped the felony charges against me. nn4. Daniel was impossible to catch on the phone, so I would have to send out tons of emails in the hopes of getting an answer, he stated I sent him too much communication! My life is on the line and my attorney chastises me for sending him emails!! nn5. News reporters who wanted to fairly cover my case, reported to me that Daniel didnt return their phone calls. Terrible!!nn6. I terminated Daniel's services and hired another attorney who got the felony charged against me dropped. nn7. Don't look for attorneys on google. Look for attorneys who have been published for handling similar cases to yours. Or ask for recommendations.nn8. Daniel Perlman caused me more stress than my actual case did. nn9. I have been told Daniel is a "case mill" and a "plea deal pusher".nn10. Daniel has 5-7 YELP PROFILES, to me that seems very strange.nn11. In my opinion, it is attorneys like Daniel R. Perlman that keep this crooked and broken criminal justice system going! Pushing plea deals, hurrying cases through the system, whilenKissing the asses of Prosecutors, Police, and Judges.nn12. NOTICE THAT MOST OF THE PEOPLE LEAVING REVIEWS FOR PERLMAN ON GOOGLE DONT HAVE MUCH IF ANY REVIEWS FOR ANYONE ELSE. LIKE THE ONLY REVIEW THEY HAVE EVER LEFT IS FOR DANIEL R. PERLMAN? AND ISN'T ONE OF THE REVIEWS FOR PERLMAN BY MASON YANEZ? WAIT IS THST PERLMAN'S ASSISTANT?

Daniel Perlman is one of the best attorney you could hire for help. He gets to know the case from the beginning and works so hard to the best interest of the client.He gives you the right advise and uses all the tools he has around to guide you to the right direction. He is so patient, tireless,very friendly, smart, truthful,professional,honest and tells you from the beginning what to expect from the case. He keeps contact with you all the time during the process and informs the client periodically and updates for everything.He takes care of all documents and everything the process needs from the beginning to end. In court he is so well presented, he shines in his defence that no one can. I have been working with other attorneys in the past and they have done a poor job. With Daniel you can tell the difference between a good attorney and a bad one.He is worth every penny you pay him.I have the highest respect for him and his staff. Most definitely I would highly recommend Daniel to anybody that needs him.Words are not enough to thank Daniel and his staff for the job well done. I consulted with attorney Daniel Perlman for a case. His office and staff were very professional, helpful and courteous. I was able to meet with the attorney in a timely manner. I felt like attorney Perlman was very knowledgeable about my issues, but more importantly I felt like he really sympathized with my situation. Man, this guy is brilliant. I could not be more satisfied with Daniel and his team's work on my case. They were diligent and responsive and made sure I got exactly what I deserved. Would recommend this lawyer to anyone!
