Without going too deep into detail, I was wrongfully charged with 3, F6 dangerous felonies. I had retained another “reputable” attorney out of panic and had a horrible experience. I ended up retaining David a week before my hearing. He did more in that one week than the previous attorney did in two months. David is transparent, thorough, and truly a good person. His communication was top notch. He was able to get the best possible outcome up against one of the toughest prosecutors in the DV bureau. The outcome was diversion program with full dismissal of all charges once completed. This was extremely hard to get as it required multiple exceptions due to the charges.
