Unethical and a thief. Will take your money, will promise you that he dealt with your issue before and can guarantee result. As soon as you pay him, he will go quiet, then stop communicating without an answer and threaten to stop representing you if you keep contacting him. STAY AWAY. He will try to sweet talk you to paying without signing an agreement, then later claim money is nonrefundable and show you an agreement he never mentioned nor that you signed.

He would give you a good first impression, but as soon as you pay him he shows how much he doesn't care about your case. Lack of communication and unprofessional. Beware of the fake positive reviews from his staff and colleagues.
