I decided to file for Chapter 7 to get a total fresh start. The payment plan offered was really cool, but I decided to just pay in full (because it was something that I could afford with making payments). In 2012, I experienced the deaths of my mother, sister and 3 life-long friends. My house was under contract for sale with a closing date scheduled in Nov. 2012.
