I was being sued by Velocity Investments (debt collector) and had no idea how to proceed. I found various lawyers online and got a quote from another lawyer that would have cost me higher than what Velocity wanted me to pay. Then, my prayers were answered and I found Crosby! Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, he also explained all costs upfront (unlike the 3 other attorneys I consulted), and negotiated a settlement of HALF the amount I was going to be charged initially. He was always available on his cell and provided prompt responses via email as well. (I've never had an experience where I felt a lawyer was there for me and had my best interests in mind.) If any of you have debt collectors threatening to take you to court and/or sue you, please don't hesitate to call Crosby! He is truly a remarkable person - honest, client-oriented, and compassionate. I am absolutely recommending him to any of my friends who are struggling, and I highly recommend him to everyone! Mr. Connolly and the Kazerouni Law Group deserve 10 stars if I could give it. Not only did they handle my entire situation on first contact, Mr. Connolly walked me though every step of of the process AND stood in constant contact with me the entire time to reassure me that my case was being properly handled. I saved money across the board thanks to him and he saved me the headache of not knowing how to navigate these matters myself.
