Dean worked with us on our estate planning documents. We found him to be excellent to work with. He listened carefully to our needs and helped us to successfully represent our vision for our estate plan within our family trust. He was always very patient in explaining the details of legal terminology and in completing draft revisions. Dean was very responsive and timely in working through this process. Very similar experience as the last review. Six months after my uncle passed, we are still waiting for ANYTHING to be done. The executor hasn't been notified. The bills accrued by the estates assets haven't been paid, including property taxes and homeowners insurance. The only time anything gets done is when we take steps ourselves. When we contact him, he's "in a meeting", "on a conference call", "out of the office". Today we requested all the paperwork WE provided. He declared he was no longer our attorney. Stating that we were "too impatient". His business plan seems to be, 'let the client do all the work, then bill them for it." He either is overwhelmed by too many clients or he's lazy. Either way, I would highly recommend you seek your legal representation and advise, elsewhere.

AVOID THIS ATTORNEY!!!!! Our uncle passed and this was his attorney. Here is what happens with this office. 1) $12,000 Fee for filing a few papers and putting and ad in the paper 2) Takes months before they file the papers so the beneficiary is official and can start 3) Then it takes another few months before they put the ad in the paper for the creditors to see 4) When my aunt calls or emails it takes them weeks before they respond 5) When you go to the office they are always closed 6) When I contact them they never contacted me 7) When they tell you to do something it ends up illegal and you get thrown in jail.

The absolute worst experience ever. No compassion no personality...once both my parents had past there was no help...go figure.
