I specialize in comprehensive Estate Planning and Corporate Business Law. I work with small business clients on a range of issues from formation through business succession. I am passionate about helping individuals, families and business owners with their legal planning.

I received my Juris Doctorate (JD) from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA and earned my undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). I am licensed to practice law in California and New York and have worked at a number of major organizations including Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP, Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP, and Ernst & Young LLP. In addition, I have had experience running a retail and e-commerce business. In my spare time, I enjoy playing golf, dabbling with Crossfit and exploring the benefits of aquaponics.
