Contacted for estate planning. Received an intake form, which I completed and returned. No response for 2 weeks. Emailed to follow up, no response. Called 3 weeks after initial contact and told they're not accepting estate planning clients. This would have been great information to receive on initial contact so that I could not waste effort on an intake form and seek services elsewhere.
