I paid my retainer, we went to work. Elizabeth helped me through so much. Midway through a 2 year divorce, I began to regularly inquire about the status of my retainer and how much I will owe her. Nothing. Not a bill, not an estimate. Nothing but reassurance that it wouldn’t be much and she has been keeping an eye on it. The divorce gets finalized and I’m harassed regularly by a new admin to give her thousands of dollars? Where do you expect this money to come from?! Absolutely unprofessional, I would not recommend her to anyone. Nice woman but this ruined it for me. She will get her money by the end of the week but i don’t need to be harassed for payment. Where were you for the last two years when I was asking you how much I owed?!

This is a horrible customer service and a horrible way to handle people. They are full of prejudices . I guess that to be able to be their client you must be rich , a certain color , and certain education. RUN AWAY FROM HERE !
