To supplement the review written by Annika.S...I would like to share some information for you and future clients of Mr Eric W Symonds....first Eric W is NOT a MARINE, he should not only know, but be ashamed to be claiming the title of UNITED STATES MARINE, I myself am a Veteran (ARMY) and I know plenty of Marines and every Marine I've ever asked, has said, "You are not a Marine until you receive your EGA (Eagle, Globe and Anchor) pin" ..Eric W did not receive an EGA pin, because in order to receive this pin, you are required to graduate/complete Marine Corp boot camp, which is the basic indoctrination into the Marine Corp....instead Eric W was laid Up in sick bay for 4month, after having receiving an injury during boot camp training....he DID NOT graduate/complete Marine Corp boot camp, which makes him ineligible to claim the title of "former"Marine...or for that fact, Marine...maybe the title of "recruit" at most... which leads me to another interesting insight into how little people's personality change from the time of young adults...what you and other reviewer mentioned about Eric W siding w/the opposing council, is no surprise, this is Eric W's personality,....its the luck of the draw, that if he likes you or your lucky enough that he doesn't like the other person he won't draw You as "odd man out"....Eric W will in fact in a group of 3people whether in court or outside of court draw an "odd man out" which to explain it is, he sides w/one person and has to make 1person miserable, the butt of the jokes or just make it overall unpleasant for that 1person...but God forbid it should be him...!!! He will not tolerate that, he will either argue, get Upset or just leave.....its horrible to think he has carried this demeanor of his personality into his business, where people's livelihoods are at risk...and are paying good money to be defended by this Lawyer, who instead of worrying about his clients well-being is more on a over-sized Ego trip....so to future clients of this Lawyer, beware that your taking a risk, that your best interest will more than likely, not be looked after....

There are 4-5 competing attorneys within the jurisdiction. $3500 is the minimum you will pay to retain their service. Of them all, Eric is the least experienced. While Eric represented my interests, he was unprepared as well as outclassed by attorneys such as Ms. Weaver or Ms. Pachone. Those attorneys each with over 20 years of experience. Give your $3500 to one of them. They simply walk over the top of attorneys in the class and experience such as Mr. Symonds.

Such a great experience working with Eric. We got everything handled accordingly and outcome was great! He is a great listener and knows his line of work! All employees in the office are amazing and very welcoming. Great family owned business which is comforting and hard to come by!

I have nothing but good things to say when it comes to both Eric and his wife. They are both amazing. Took a terrible situation and brought me justice. Many thanks for all their hard work!!
