I was in a car accident in March 2023 and chose this office because it was recommended to me. They are not good at communicating about your case. In March it will be a YEAR that they have been working on my car accident case, an ENTIRE year! Unless you want poor communication and a very long wait time for your case to be resolved, go somewhere else. Edit: Once my case was in the hands of Sandra G. and Marilyn R. it was a complete 180 in terms of customer care. They were both quick to respond and relay updates about my case. Because of the care and consideration they gave me, I am going to change my review from 1 star to 4; deducting 1star for the clownery that occurred when I was dealing with Monica and Amy.
It's been more then a year since my wife car accident happened back in March 2023 every time we go to check how the case is going we get different people and different stories something that they can't find the driver of of the ac company because he is homeless and doesn't have a driver license and they say the case about there clients in all this time we have only received ONE phone call about how the case is going we always have togo in and check on the case so if you need a lawyer to handle your case don't come here
