I was hit by a motorcycle who ran a red light in my brand new car back in September of 2021. It took awhile but this firm was able to get a settlement for me. I really appreciated their thoughtfulness throughout the process. Mr Vargas was the only attorney out of all the attorneys I called who felt I had a valid case and understood where I was coming from. Mr.Vargas handled Two of my cases and they were both great experiences. Him and his great team had great communication skills in explaining the process to us and the next steps. Well I am glad to see so many people had good luck with Mr. Vargas , because I sure didn't, In fact I wasn't able to set up a consultation meeting or have an intake done by a paralegal or any of that. I called their office a few days ago to make an appt and the girl that answered the phone asked me what kind of case I was calling about, I told them a medical malpractice case. Then she asked me when it happened and I gave her that information. She puts me on hold, then comes back to the phone and says Mr. Vargas is on a phone call ( oldest excuse in the book) and he will call me back to let me know if he can help me or not. The call never came. She never took any details from me, or anything.They know nothing about the case, because they never asked me anything. I guess they really don't handle medical malpractice cases and just have it listed on their website to look good? I found the whole experience really unprofessional and am writing this review so people know that Mr. Vargas is obviously not taking any new clients and doesn't need your business. ???
