I can’t say enough wonderful things about Fred. If you’re considering a dental lawsuit this man is the most knowledgeable prepared attorney you will find. He’s not someone who walks in looking to make the atmosphere intimidating or the situation to be anymore uncomfortable for both parties. If you are planning to pursue a lawsuit you will find out in depositions or trial it is severely uncomfortable. Nobody likes sitting across from a person who has wronged them in some manner. In my deposition the dentist lied through his teeth about everything. Fred merely outwitted him with logic and fact. My dental lawsuit with Fred ran for 2 years. I never knew him or of him, but was referred to him. Before hiring Fred, I hired a local counsel. This case meant a lot to me and I thought local would be the best route for me. Seeing as how they would be personally familiar with the dentist who messed me up. The local attorney tried to convince me my case wasn’t very strong and it wasn’t malpractice but more bad dentistry. If I had listened to that attorney I would have walked away with $0. The DDS who did my full mouth restoration (20 veneers) is the one who told me call Fred. That if anyone can win it’s him. The lawsuit process can be long, drawn out and completely unpleasant. However I will say Fred made it as easy for me as it could be. And I won a very nice amount of money because of his preparation and attention to my case. Fred flew across the country on his own dime multiple times for depositions etc. Never asked for a dollar throughout the entire process. And in the end even took less than what he could have taken from my settlement.

Even though they were unable to settle our case I would highly recommend these folks. There staff is very attentive to your needs and very friendly. I would use them again if needed.

The way this guy talks and the way he acts just amazes me. Which kind of life style is this? Going after doctors and medical professionals, of course not all of them, just those whom he can make the most money out of them and from their insurance companies. Doctors and medical staff are one of the main back bones of our society. They save lives. Now this Goldberg and his mafia collaborate with each other to make money and get settlements from their insurance companies. Oh my Lord, which kind of creature is he and people like him. The most intelligent people who have studied so hard, spend so much money and time to be a member of society to save our lives and of course mistakes happen. Then there you go, Fred Goldberg shows up, putting smallest fault under the largest magnifying glass, getting other paid members of his group to testify to screw a doctor. Just God help him and people like him. Unbelievable people. A house keeper who cleans bathrooms earns money with more gentility and greatly in comparison to F Goldberg and people like him. From a close distance you can see and feel how miserable he and his family are.
