Yo I really like this place for the coffee. It was also very kind of these people to use their restroom. Ya'll are goats for the coffee. You guys should really sale the coffee.

Was hired as a notary closing agent for them on May 2022, they didnt pay me, and while checking my records, contacted them for payment. Took three office ladies and 10 emails to get payment, I assume, waiting for the check now, its 2/2/2023, pmt due $100.00 My advise to closing agents receiving calls from this law office for closings is to not take the chance and just continue working for title companies. Non-vetted appts suk and half the time dont pay! 2/8/2023 Update, payment received after escalating to a rude phone call ( I was rude and upsetty spaghetti) and request to speak to a manager, which was never honored, tho manager did receive my emails after my rude phone call. I used Xlander’s office for a real estate closing relying on a referral. Worst decision. Never spoke to the attorney. Paralegal handles all the work and closings, which would have been okay if the attorney supervises the paralegal. The paralegal named Nefretiri never recorded the deed or mortgage documents on a purchase of a property that was closed in Dec 2021 despite telling me it was. I was notified by another paralegal seven months later that due to an audit of the prior paralegal’s cases, the deed/mortgage was not recorded and that i owed additional money because the closing costs were miscalculated. Not one apology or explanation from the attorney. Do not use this office.

Working with Bill's team was a great experience. They assisted me all the way through the process of purchasing my first home. I was impressed with their due diligence of the property and problem resolution. Closing was smooth and all my questions and concerns were addressed. The value provided for their fee was beyond worth every cent. When I got to the office I was greeted very nicely with the reception and felt comfortable.
