This is the most unprofessional law firm I have ever dealt with I would never recommend this law firm to anyone please do your homework and read the reviews of the law firm your gonna Trust to help you on something so important like getting your residence or helping your loved ones!! They real don't have any type of professional service the receptionist here are so rude and don't realize they're the face of this business since they're the ones that answer phones and greet you but obviously lawyer to busy to care about who's in front of he's office then like many reviews here say they always assign different paralegals to handle your case and never tell you so if you go here expect to maybe only see the real lawyer once and from there the only reason you're gonna get called for is for your payment because whenever you do call to get an update on your case all they tell you is that the process is long and you'll have to wait. But they never wait to collect your money you could be done paying them and yet you're still in the same situation when you first when to go see them.

Worst law firm ever. Very unprofessional. They walk around trying to look nice but look like sloppy clowns dressed in professional clothes. Staff spends hours gossiping in the back pushing papers very slowly. They're sure quick to take your money though. Horrible rude paralegals and staff. Many employees come and go from this company so hopefully you're stuck with someone who is willing to put in some work on your case. Otherwise, if you've signed up with them you'll definitely regret it by your third visit. If you want to be seen on a Saturday they'll purposely find anyway to make some extra quick cash and charge you a fee.

It's quick and easy to make an appointment at this law firm. The first consultation is free. Mr.Ramirez is an expert in immigration law. He is patient and listen to all your detail before giving advise and suggest the path. It's really important to hire a good lawyer and I satisfied with the services that have offered.

I would give a no star this is the worst place you would want to seek for help. don't waste your time and money with this office. Not only they NEVER call you back they always making up excuses to kill time they don't do the job. my husband has few years here and nothing has happened we already paid off the tab for over a year and still no progress I wish I could take my money back.nnUPDATE: still nothing I wish they COULD move my husband case to some other office. After trying almost every law firm in the state of Texas I found this firm who have been my angels. This firm was able to do what others could not do in over 10 years. I am eternally grateful. nI've read the other posts and I never experienced any of those issues when dealing with this firm. I have been to so many firms that I have learned people feel that they are the only client a firm has and only hear what they want to hear. nIf I could give 10 stars I would!! Keep up the great work.
