An attorney ordered death certificates from our funeral home for a client in 2022, then apparently didn't need them. We acquired them promptly, and have been requesting payment of $40 for two certificates (actual cost to us from vital records) for many months but have been ignored. They are still sitting here and we haven't been paid. No sense of fair play at this law firm.

Not happy with his services at all had a open case going on almost 3 years I have not heard from him he sent another attorney to contact me and low ball me not happy with Gregg or any of his staff

I was referred to Attorney Gregg Durlofsky by someone who retained him for a car accident. He was highly recommended! I was involved in a car accident and had a brain trauma. I was very confused because of the injury. I had difficulty comprehending anything, let alone lawsuits because of the trauma. Gregg was knowledgable in the medical aspects of my injury, even pointed out medical issues on CT scans that doctors did not alert me to! He provided the sometimes repetitive answers I required because of the injury. He would state it is of utmost importance that I needed to heal first. At this most difficult time, I had to trust Gregg to be the advocate for my case. I do know of a person who had a different attorney who did not stress the healing aspect and this individual settled early on and is now struggling with additional surgeries and was not compensated for them. I am grateful for Gregg especially during the Covid Pandemic! He was still committed to getting the work done with Courts being shut down or constant cancellations. He kept me informed and at times provided the reassurance that everything was being done so I could rest and heal. I know Attorney Durlofsky would deliver the same professional advice and service should I need him again. Gregg is astute, down to earth, and was kind to me when I was not well and certainly not understanding anything in those conditions.
