After looking at that one star reviews for this firm I understand why. I was referred to this firm from my attorney in Ohio for my business that is in Monroe. Went into the office with my wife over a month ago and paid our retainer and I have not heard anything back even after numerous phone calls. I’m sure we lost our retainer but it felt good to fire them as our representation.

Was referred to Mr. Horkey from another lawyer. He was out of town when I first called but received a quick turn around once he got back into town. He asked for me to email him a few documents, to which I did.. Have not heard back from him.. It has been 2 weeks. I have sent countless emails asking for a reply to which he reads them, and does not reply. Cannot believe the level of unprofessionalism.

Called this firm to create a last will for family friend and Mr. Horkey completely dropped the ball and never got the documents in time. If you want something done in a timely manner DO NOT use this firm.

Got a misdemeanor dropped to a traffic violation with no points on license. He doesn't really seem to do call backs, but who cares; results are more important than accessibility in my opinion.

Absolutely terrible. I have never received such disrespect. They will call you and inquire about what services you need. But once you send them required information, they will not get back to you. Even when you send them a variety of different emails AFTER THEY REQUESTED SO, they will read them, and never get back to you. Blows my mind the level of just straight up disrespect.
