He defended the other party and tried to accuse me of forging a paper that was signed by his client although that document was notarized. To be a lawyer, he should understand that you can’t get an signature from a document requiring a notary without that person present, paying a fee, providing their drivers license or ID, and their fingerprint. Just because his client didn’t want to admit he signed that paper. In front of the judge he was yelling at me in the witness stand and felt personally attacked. However, it was apparent as the court ruled in my favor. I did not appreciate his behavior with me as I never disrespected him. I still remember that day and it was the most uncomfortable feelings I ever experienced.
