I was involved in an accident on February 12th in St. Petersburg Florida. I have been involved in accidents before but was not ever inclined to file a claim against the other party. I have three (3) teenagers attending USF and my 2003 Chevrolet Pickup was at 335,000 miles. Some crazy lady went thru a red light and hit me out of no where. I was told by my doctor that Attorney John Brewer was ethical. I am writing this review because of what was written by another person. I was hurting terribly, but Mr. Brewer called me personally. He had already pulled my police report and researched the other people involved. Mr. Brewer actually suggested a radiology firm that charged less for the MRI's I had to take. Mr. Brewer has his office in Tampa, but drove to my house in St. Petersburg so I could sign the paperwork. Mr. Brewer, upon learning the other insured party had the world's worst coverage (minimum) and the person driving was not the owner, he explained neither were collectible. The only coverage I had that applied was for uninsured/under insured motorists. My policy was for 10k. Mr. Brewer called me and despite having an agreement, told me he would not take his fees for this case as I was only getting 10k. If you want or need proof of integrity, I submit that this is the best proof you could ask for. I had another issue which involves a custody matter for a family member. Who do I call...Attorney John Brewer. Mr. Brewer took my call personally, spoke to me at length, and despite the fact he does not specialize in family law, recommended a reputable attorney for my family. I will call Attorney John Brewer anytime I have a legal issue. I know I will get an honest answer and a return call from the leader of his law practice personally. I cannot tell you how important it is that when I had a family emergency, Attorney John Brewer took my call and was there to advise me. I have lived in Florida for 56 years and have not found integrity such as that held by Mr. Brewer. I have no issues paying for legal services, but like everyone, I want to be well represented and have someone who fights for me!
