Attorney Moffa and his team are wonderful! I can’t recommend them enough. I had a very personal civil case and they handled it with such care and tactfulness. From 2018-2024 they handled my case. Civil cases can take time to fully resolve, in my case that was years and Attorney Moffa forewarned me that may be the case. COVID was also a factor during this time. He always kept in touch with me and updated me with anything new going on, or sometimes would even just call where it had been a while just to let me know that nothing new had happened but he would let me know as soon as something did. I was referred to Attorney Moffa from a friend after being injured in a motor vehicle crash. Attorney Moffa and his team assisted me and guided me through the entire process. Their biggest concern was that I get better from my injuries. The office took care of all bills and insurance issues, as I went to Physical Therapy and other doctor's visits. I was always informed as to the status of my claim and the progress being made. The office would return phone calls and emails promptly. Attorney Moffa was able to meet me at my convenience and at his Falmouth office which was much more convenient for me. We reached an extremely fair settlement at the end. From the very first evening I called attorney, Moffa, sitting on my couch in tears, while contemplating my options, what my rights even were, and how on earth I was going to resolve my case/situation, I almost immediately knew that choosing attorney Moffa was the best decision I could’ve ever made! First of all I would like to start off to say thank you to John Lisa Carol and the other John and everybody in the John Martha Seth had really been there to help me throughout sick and thin drawing was there when I was at my worst he came through and he really helped me out and I could never ever ever repay him for him anything to say better than he is a really good man and he really means what he does he puts his job at his heart it's not about the money it's about the job and he really goes forward to get you what you need and what you want and he's willing to help you like I said he was there when I was down at my worst and now he has turned my life around I do not know how I could ever repay him just know that I would always recommend him and if I ever God forbid to get another accident I would come to see him thank you so much
