He charged me 3000 DOLLARS for some emails and phone calls to handle my forgery matter he told me that he would be able to get my name off the loan without going to court but on his agreement said that he could not guarantee the outcome. So i felt that he was going to be able to help me but i had to keep calling him every week to find out the stats. and I kept on him for nine months and no good news so i asked for half my money back and he said i will give you 500 i fired him and he still did things on my matter like he had a guilty conscious. and then i took him to small claims court for to get my money back he avoided serve three times one by mail sheriff and privet detective. So i filled my complaint with the ardc and that's when he appeared in court i know nothing in the why to sue a lawyer in small claim it was a bigger process then going to court with another person i had to respond to his papers and with a short time period i lost and then he sued me back because i wasted his time and cause i had no proof in why i sued him to start so he won 1500 DOLLARS i wish you don't go throw this becarefull and stay away from him or if he rights on his agreement that he can guarantee the outcome and if not STAY AWAY.
