You know what I absolutely hate about lawyers? Arrogance! Arrogance gets in the way of listening to a client, which is fundamental to providing quality representation. You know who isn't arrogant and has her listening ears on? Ms. Christine James. I had a short, but quality experience with Ms. James, and I feel comfortable endorsing her. She didn't put her own spin on it, she didn't waste my time by needing to hear herself speak, she didn't tell me how she personally felt about the matter.
