This place is horrible! They never answer the phone anymore

Terrible!!!!! Trying to deliver. Fed-x explains wrong address. What's that about???!!! ????

ALL OF THE ABOVE!! Terrible company - do not even bother trying to call, the lawyers refuse to talk to anybody, they do not return calls nor emails, they ignore clients, very stuck up and uncaring. If you do have any sort of business with them: PUT IT IN WRITING AND SEND PRIORITY MAIL and if you encounter any problems with them or they try ti intimidate or threaten you are even sue you (which they like to do, even when there is no reason): FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE CFPB (consumer Financial Protection Bureau), as well as with the State Attorney of CA , they are already aware of this company and their methods of mistreating and ignoring and threatening. DO NOT LET THEM INTIMIDATE YOU, fight them! Like somebody posted on YELP "they should all be in jail"

OMG worst place ever I asked to speak to a manager they said no because I was not the one with the case it’s my husband i’ve been trying to pay them they say no because my husband needs to call I had to go to the sheriffs department and pay them they don’t ask you why am I paying for him

Absolute trash. They rarely answer the phone, and when they do, it's to put you on hold for 20 minutes. You never get your issues resolved with them
