Kim and her team were excellent! They were attentive, patient, professional, and communicative. We got all the documents required for the estate planning, POA, deeds, etc. Would not hesitate to use them again as needed! Regardless of the other reviews, our experience was top line service!

I did not have a good experience and this was over a year ago. Kim Powers would not speak with me live. She insisted I leave voicemails, text, or e-mail her. We constantly played phone tag and the paralegal ended up completing the items based on a series of e-mail exchanges. So no surprise that there were typos and errors in the the Will & Estate Planning documents. I do not recommend this firm.
