My fiancé and I are first time home buyers that received a referral to Melinda from Lisa Gentile (of Cathy Bier real estate - Lisa was another phenomenal professional). From the first phone call to Melinda I knew we were in good hands. She was very calm and took the time to explain the complicated legal and real estate jargon. She was very accessible and made us feel like her top priority, even though I'm sure she had plenty of other things to do and people to work with. Throughout the whole process, Melinda calmed my nerves and assured me that she was doing everything possible to make sure our deal went through. We closed on our house the other day and have had time to reflect on our home buying experience. Little did we know that the deal was close to falling through due to circumstances out of our hands, but Melinda was working tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure it all worked out (& it did) - and kept me calm throughout the whole process!
