Wasted my time - she was referred to me by a legal referral counsel. consulted with her over an urgent legal notice I received that required a response within a short period. She told me to write a letter would be $400/hour, two hours minimum. She was upset that my situation was urgent, she was very condescending (assume most attorneys are?) she said she would call me Monday to get more info from me. Reminded her it was urgent as I needed to respond by Thursday. Monday came, no call and then Tuesday when I called in, she called back and said she thought she spoke to me already, what’s the issue….said she was moving offices and was busy. Then once I reminded her of the situation she asked me what I needed. I told her, how would I pay the fee, does she need more info on the incident since we only spoke for 11 minutes previously, when can she submit the response, etc. She cut me off “alright, alright, alright” and then said I have to see when I can do it because I can’t do it this week. I’m moving. Knowing I was pressed for time. I could’ve spent Friday or Monday consulting with other lawyers who want to make $600-800 just to write a letter. She said you don’t really have to respond to these things and just took it as non-urgent and didn’t care. To me, I need to respond to dispute the claim as it was incorrectly reported. Nonetheless, if you want someone who has time for you, will actually listen to you and cares about your situation, don’t come here.

Michelle lacked professionalism. The very first words out of her mouth were telling me how busy she was, and her tone was very abrupt. She kept reminding me that she was very busy and I needed to quickly tell her what I needed so she could get off the phone. Her paralegal returned my call the same day asking for the same information. She said she would get the information from Michelle and call me back. I called back a week later after not hearing from Michelle or the Paralegal and was told by Michelle that I needed to find someone else to handle the case because she was too busy. Michelle was constantly interrupting me, she was very rude, and aggressive in her tone. I found someone new to help me. If Michelle cannot handle any additional cases, she should update her answering service and office to advise callers she is not open to new clients at this time. Instead, she answers the phone making people feel unimportant and burdensome to her. Extremely unprofessional.

Michelle was very detailed, insightful and committed to providing solid legal advice. I appreciated her candidness and straight-to-the-point communication style. I'm grateful to Michelle for providing a reasonable path forward for an insurance claim.

I echo many sentiments of the lack of professionalism, curtesy and return calls. Hard to believe that someone is that busy that they can respectfully return a call. A month later, no return call, very unprofessional, fast talking, and simply RUDE. Not someone that I recommend.

Absolutely unprofessional. Polom did not call at the agreed meeting time, called back twice without a call back. Once we started chatting, she was aggressive, interruptive, and incredibly rude. I decided to just find someone new.
