I should thank my lawyer Pamela Kennedy. She is the best lawyer ever met before. All kind of efficiency, manners, kindness and fleuncy in processing and following up her cases with high respect to her clients. I am so happy that I had this lawyer. Thank you Pamela for our success! My thanks also goes to her receptionist for her nice personality and interest in helping the clients and following up there cases. This office is great!

Pamela Kennedy has handled all my immigration cases since I was 12 years old I'm 30 now. She is great I highly recommend her. The only problem is the receptionist she acts as if she were the attorney she decides if your case is worthy of an appointment. Unfortunately many people whom I've recommended her to come back to be and tell me the receptionist wouldn't let them talk to attorney or even give then an appointment. The appointments aren't free so Pamela is loosing money.

Rude customer service. Receptionist needs a briefing in proper customer service. Won't get a chance to interact with the attorney given the first point of contacts lack of people skills and professionalism.

Needed help to renew work permit. The receptionist was very short and brubt, they asked for all my information just to tell me the attorney couldn't help me, when i asked for the reason they said it wasn't something i needed to know! Horrible service
