Called and spoke to a gal named Cathy today. Very unprofessional and rude behavior when making a simple inquiry. I have no idea what provoked such an unprofessional response from this gal. But if this is how this law firm behaves and treats simple call in inquiries (Stay Away). Very condescending and snide. No excuse for this behavior from anyone that is supposed to represent a professional law firm.
This law office will help anyway possible to get you the answer you need. The office in Baltimore's accounting office is much appreciated. Thank you!
I'm not sure why there's bad reviews but I guess it depends on your case. I have had a great experience with them so far with my case. Cathy is great, there was also another guy I talked to twice I forgot his name he was also great. ( Wish I could remember his name) Then I talked to The lawyer twice and none of them ever gave me any issues or made me think they didn't care. They really work with you. If I ever had another issue I would most definitely ask them to represent me again and I would recommend them to anyone in need of legal advice. Good job Law office of Peter T Nichols.. You have my vote.
