MVP goes Sophia and Jessica are amazing. Jessica keeps me informed throughout every step of the way very informative. She always calls to make sure if I am OK if there’s anything that she can do for me. If there’s anything that I do not understand she breaks it down for me the best way that she can and also help me find solutions to problems regarding my case. I’m really happy that she was assigned to my case and I would recommend her to anyone as an assistant on any case. Sophia goes above and beyond as well if there’s something I don’t understand, if she’s not sure she finds an answer and gets back to me. Both ladies are exceptional and honest and that is what I appreciate most.
Sophie and Jessica have been great through this entire process. Their communication is great! I haven’t had ANY issues and have been dealing with them for a year now. I either get right in touch with them or leave a voicemail and they call me back. I’m very happy with my team.
They were extremely friendly and responsive when I opened my case and called to check up on me while doing treatments. As soon as treatments wrapped up and they had all of my medical bills, communication stopped. My accident was in December 2021. It's the end of March 2023 and I still can't get anyone to answer the phone or return my calls. Avoid this law firm unless you want to be left in the dark for years
Most of these 5 star reviews are from this law firm asking clients for reviews while they're still being treated. After treatment, you won't be able to get in contact with ANYONE! Even if you have personal numbers. My accident was in November of 2021. I lost my job and am still in pain to this day! It is now April 2023 and I have yet to close this case. Seems like I need to make a trip to this office because constantly calling/texting isn't doing the job! On top of that, I've had multiple people work on my case since day one. Do yourself a favor and get another firm
