I've had Becky Cayford, for about 20 years now. Doing everything for me, from land agreements rent to own and purchasing houses. Oh and advice. She is a truly impeccable woman and has never steered me wrong.

I was encouraged by all of the positive reviews of other clients and so I reached out to Cindy and Becky to assist me with a short RE contract review. I provided all the information I was asked for including redlines that took quite some time by I did so promptly as requested. Regardless I was ghosted which at first I suspected was because of how busy they were. But after trying to reach the office a second time over a few days to a week to gauge turnaround time, I find out after trying to call back that I have been blocked. You can choose to think this review is incorrect or because of me being unreasonable but o can assure you that I have been not only respectful and kind but also patient. I’m writing this review because of how aghast I am - this has never happened to me before.
