Richard is a great name for this rude, incompetent, theiving, “lawyer”. Not only do these people not answer 100s of emails, phone calls, or voicemails. Not only do they lie continually. Not only do they make your situation way way way worse than that before you met Richard and his team… they also are extremely rude and will probably ask if you have disabilities when you call them out on their thieving scamming ways. These people are completely incompetent and unprofessional to every degree. They literally got a car repoed WHILE I was paying for it, and then took another 7 months after the car was repoed to change my payment. I can go on and on about Richard and his team of lying scam artists. But I have all the proof, in black and white.. because I told Richard and his team I would only accept their words in black and white paper or email. You literally cannot take their word on the phone for absolutely anything. Please run and run far from these crooked pos. Save yourself now. The best thing I ever did was get him discharged from my case and even that took this money hungry fraud close to a year. I literally had to beg him to discharge himself. What’s truly shameful is they have to be given a minimum of 1 star for a review. Everybody from Richard himself all the way down to the lady answering the phones are completely unprofessional, imcompetent, lying, creature who make you pay for a bankruptcy they don’t help you in. They work for the creditors, never you. If anybody wants proof I have hundreds of email. Come find me and I will be glad to share my emails with you. Please stay far far away from this crooked fraud. Your situation will be far worse giving him the responsibility of helping you. This guy was late to our first court appearance. He cant even get to a place on the time. That was my first impression of him, should have left then. I came to him with a couple months of past due mortgage payments and it ends in HIM getting a 30k Jeep repoed while I was paying for it, amongst other issues he has caused.

Any time I called his office his staff was always really nice and helpful. No one seemed rushed or inconvenienced by my call.
