Was first referred to Bob Wallenstein in 2009 after a serious car accident that injured myself and my passenger. Bob and Kelly were very helpful in working with me and my friend in getting a settlement in reference to. Was unfortunate that I found myself in need of their services again when was I rear-ended while sitting at a red light in 2018. Really appreciate their help once again in settling the matter. I was referred to Robert Wallenstein after a car accident in late 2018. I was hit in front from flying debris from a tow truck and hit in back by a texting college student; neither were insured. My own insurance company had proven to be difficult in a past experience without legal counsel, so I hired Mr. Wallenstein. I had a car full with grandchildren from out of state and he was willing to take us all on. He helped get each person what was fair out of my uninsured policy and got myself the most my policy would allow. He did this in a timely and professional manner. His assistant is/was always available to respond whenever I called or emailed. I would definitely hire this firm again.
