Mr. Scott and his team are awesome. Sean never made me feel rushed even though it's a very busy office. Anita is also a great asset to the team. Even though my mom had an older trust through another attorney, Sean was able to do paperwork prior to moms death which saved the estate money and a lot of hassle. I highly recommend!
My sisters and I have had a rough couple of years with my mother's health issues and eventual death. Sean Scott and his wonderful team held our hands and guided us through this difficult journey with kindness competence and expertise. I don't know what we would have done without them.
We had an excellent experience with Mr. Scott. My dad recently died and we need a lot of advice. He was very patient and explained things in a manner both my mom, 86, and I could understand. Mr. Scott also gave us advice on what not to waste money on. He is very professional with a fun personality. The office is clean, orderly and well run. Everyone who works there is nice and you get a family feeling working with them. All of our paper work was accomplished in one visit, so efficient. I highly recommend Mr. Scott.
My mom, brother and I recently met with Sean Scott for advice on how to navigate the process as our mom ages. We were very pleased with the information provided by Sean and felt he was extremely knowledgeable and professional with the details he provided. He spoke to our mom in a way that she could understand, and she felt very comfortable that the decisions she was making regarding her future and legal documents were HER decisions only. The office staff was also very personable and professional. Our mom went in to obtain legal information on how to navigate the medicaid process when and if that should happen in addition to updating her will, power of attorney and medical directives and were so surprised to leave that day with those documents updated right on the spot. A very easy process and a very kind, caring man was what we met and our mom is confident that if she should need legal advice in the future, Sean will be someone she can turn to.
Three registered letters left your building one heading to Texas and the other two to England, only two arrived, the one for Texas and one for England. Mine didn't arrive. Not your fault it could be anywhere. I sent an email asking for the reference number so I could maybe track it and see where it was. Nothing. I decided to ring (from England) and explained the situation, I was told they would email me the reference number Nothing. A couple of days later I emailed again and said "it was safe to say my letter was lost and what happens now" Nothing. I decided to ring again (from England and I was told they would email me the letter by the end of the week. Guess What NOTHING. I have been left feeling like an annoying problem they can't be bothered to deal with.
