everything was ok In the beginning when I started my paperwork with them. They keep you updated on what they will need . I’m at the NVC stage right now , my lawyer or legal assistant submitted all documents to NVC around January and February , and now NVC isn’t accepting some documents because apparently they weren’t scanned right .. and it’s been about 2 months and they don’t seem to bother re submitting those docuements NVC rejected .. , I’ve emailed shirley and legal assistant and just say they’re working on it ..it seems like they only care about the money and not their clients needs.

Great lawyers and great service have a case and they are very helpful and well recommended!! Kate and shirley are very nice and knowledgeable!!
