If you’re wondering if this is another collection company guess again. They are by the far the most professional company I’ve dealt with. I was informed by mail that a case was filed in my county against me from Ford. Things went out of control for the better part of this year. I’m waiting for a call back from Sherry but I don’t think there’s much hope and they’ll probably repo my SUV. Nothing like this has ever happened before. As a senior on a fixed income I went upside down. I do want to recognize ROBIN K for her positive attitude and talking to me. She’s a blessing in the messed up situation. Now I wait to hear my fate and I can only pray that Sherry has the same compassion as Robin. There’s only so much they can do for me and I can’t afford court costs.
