Never returned my calls. Told me to my face that he was not invested in my case because he was appointed by the court as a Public Pretender. Advised me that I should call someone else and I have it all on video. DO NOT USE HIM, Call TROY WISEHART

This man talks a good talk. I was impressed with his demeanor initially. AFTER RECEIVING MY MONEY however, I did not hear from him one single time for many months! I have over 20 recorded phone calls, of which I have only spoken with his secretary. This went on for many months. The only info that I was given was that he was working on a high profile case. (My budget $750+1500 case was not important, basically). I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SEEKING OTHER LEGAL ASSISTANCE, as I have decided to myself. I called his office REPEATEDLY today until they answered my call. I will be (hopefully) receiving my money back today and can provide audio recordings of EVERY call made to anyone doubting my statements. I plan to follow up with the bar association as well.

I retained Mr. Clifford to represent me in an OVI case. He, and his secretary were very professional. You were made you to feel comfortable from the moment you walked in the door. I was brought from tears to maybe I had a fighting chance. All fees were explained up front with no surprises. I was shocked that my case was dismissed at the pretrial. I was surprised that it didn't drag on for more fees. I never saw the prosecutor or the judge. Mr. Clifford was able to get the case nulled. He keeps on the latest information, laws, etc. that pertain to his client's cases. I would and have recommended him to numerous people and I would use him again if I ever would need a lawyer again. Douglas Clifford Is One Of The Worst Lawyers Out There. He didn't do nothing what so ever for me. You will I know regret hiring him. That's why he's a public defender and not a real lawyer. He gets paid if you lose or win. This guy sucks!
