First and foremost the case you have against me with Finansco is over the statue of limitations 60-501/ 60-511 7 yrs. The close to 2800.00 is not on my debt report but yet I'm being garnished and left with 1 to 2 hundred a week very hard as a sole supporter of a wife jobless and 2 children 1 of which is in a wheelchair to survive. Exactly 1 year ago my wife received a release of garnishie and also received around 600.00 from overpaying on this case while she was still employed. When I tried to talk to a female attorney in collections . I asked if you all could work with me on this issue she said you're office does not have the power to work with me. I then called the county court house and they said different. You're office is in direct legal malpractice from her saying that. Both misrepresentation and lack of communication.

Robert Moody is an absolute trash attorney. Don’t expect him to be early! He will either be late or just walking in the door. He was 30 minutes late on one occasion. When you meet with him at the court don’t expect his full attention or even close to it. He will immediately rush away from you to say “what’s up” to his buddies! Don’t expect him to return your calls after he has your retainer fee. I called once a week for 8 straight weeks, he finally called back the day before my court date. He will lie to you!!! And when you ask to see the paperwork he will give you the run around on why he doesnt have it. I am absolutely disgusted with his representation. If you want a counselor who will do what’s best for you, show up on time, good communication, who’s honest, and that will atleast try, DO NOT GO WITH ROBERT MOODY!!!!! I would have rather gave a public defender my 1500$ to represent me than to hire him. I promise you if you hire this attorney you will feel completely and utterly disgusted with him in the end. If there’s any action I can take against him I will undoubtedly be doing so. If not I will leave this review anywhere I possibly can find to do so in hopes of someone else not making this same mistake I did.

I cannot speak for their quality as attorneys, but the customer service is nonexistent. I was recommended to this firm, but the lack of communication prevents me from ever considering this as a viable place to find an attorney.

Martin Bauer should best be known for specializing in adoption by theft. Rotten morals. If you want to adopt a child with integrity do not come here. (Mr. Hudson basically sums it up perfectly.) Update 2021: Is this guy still out stealing people's kids? Update 2024: Still out there stealing kids and keeping biological parents from their own kids.

Karlee was the most amazing lawyer to work with, and helped tremendously with my small business.
